98 14th st, located on 14th st across from the Four Seasons Hotel. This 4 acre site is the largest mixed use project currently proposed for Midtown Altlanta. The developers are Brooklyn, New York based Olympia Heights Management, LLC.
The firm Arquitectonica, the same architects behind Philips Arena was chosen to help develop the site. 98 14th st is composed of three towers, the tallest soaring 720 feet. The project could include 1,300 residential units, 90,000 square feet of shops and restaurants, and 340 hotel rooms. The development would be built in phases with completion set for 2020
Seventh Midtown, Being built by LouderMilk Companies will have 21 large residential condos. It is located at 7th st & Peachtree. It will be know for its large sqft and outdoor terraces complete with outdoor kitchens. Starbucks Midtown will be the main retail tenant. Completion is expected early 2016.
Azure will sit between 10th and 11th streets, at 1020 Piedmont Avenue, built by Atlantic Realty Partners. Azure will consist of a 5-story building with 44 apartments and 3,500 SF of retail and a 25-story building with 330 apartments; an additional 18-story building is anticipated at a later phase completion is projected for mid-2016. Atlantic Realty Partners is also building Cyan on Peachree in Buckhead and The Reserve At The Ball Park at the new Atlanta Braves stadium.
Developed by local Atlanta developer, Tivoli. Tivoli is know for other great projects such as Duo in Castleberry hills, Mezzo in Buckhead, Tenside in West Midtown and Aqua in Midtown. Tivoli is also behind Trillist, which is currently constructing Yoo on the park, a 24-story tower with 245 residential units and 1,100 SF of retail projected to be completed by mid-2016

One Museum Place, On Peachtree across from the High Museum will be a midrise with 44 residential condos. One Museum Place is being built by John Wieland with the help of the architects Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects, Inc and construction team Brasfield Gorrie. Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s Realty is representing the developer. It is rumored that John Wieland himself will live here once completed. One of the distinguishing features is when you park in your own private garage within our main garage, the use of your garage opener also calls your personal elevator. One Museum Place is the first new luxury condominium to start in Atlanta in approximately eight years and is expected to be completed in 2016.
