Small is in these days, or shall we say boutique instead? Long gone is the original 23-story tower with 96 units starting at $2 million. In its place is a smaller 5-story building with a mere 43 units, starting at $860,000 and climbing to $3.7 million.

The condos will be located in two buildings, organized around an internal courtyard. Communal spaces for the fitness center and owner’s lounge will be located on the ground floor with direct pedestrian access to Peachtree Street. The building method is stick-frame construction above a level of parking which is below grade along the Peachtree frontage.
