The Dakota Condominiums
The Dakota was completed in 2000 and is located Midtown Atlanta. The three-building complex occupies the entire block between Piedmont Avenue, Juniper Street, Sixth Street and Seventh Street. The 160-unit residential community is a collection of single level condos and two-level townhomes, built around a parking garage. Three business units occupy the sidewalk level on Juniper Street.
